07-24-2023 10:21Exceptional Service From James and Molly at Apple Store I visited the Apple store yesterday with a friend, seeking guidance on various Mac devices. The goal was to make an informed decision based on our specific needs. Initially, we interacted with a customer agent whose assistance fell short of our expectations. We were, quite unhelpfully, advised to check information on the website. However, our experience dramatically improved when we got to speak with James and Molly. James was a standout, showcasing knowledge and expertise that truly represents the Apple brand. His understanding of the products and his effort to understand our unique needs made the product selection process far easier than we anticipated. He is truly ahead of his game and a credit to the store. Molly helped us set up business accounts, explaining every step of the process, making it easy and comprehensible. Her professionalism and personable demeanor made our interactions a delight.

07-08-2023 11:46Initial impression of this store was bad. Walked in and spoke to security and they stated that the repair section wasn’t here and they were the only members of staff in the building. I then went outside and called them which was like waiting for paint to dry. 30 minutes on the phone and still no response. Decided to go back in and another security guard then showed me to the repairs team. I was then served by Michael, a member of staff that seemed to have a disability regarding speech. Communicated in a written form. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Resolved the issue promptly aswell as offering additional services. Communicated well and ensured that I was happy with the service I had received before I left. Then allowed me to charge my phone before leaving due to it being low. He really is a valuable asset to the team. Thank you Michael!

07-07-2023 03:30Visited on Thursday to get assistance with my air pods, was dealt with by Michael! He was incredibly awesome and so so helpful! This man was so considerate and patient until he finally sorted my issue out and made sure I walked out of the store pleased. deserves a raise for sure.

04-05-2023 19:16I’ve often refrained writing a review on this store but this tipped me over the edge. Probably the worst Apple store i’ve visited based on my experience. Long wait-times, rude staff (some, not all). Went to pick up an order and the staff member Myles was incredibly rude and condescending. He first mentioned to the people in front of me in the queue that he is there for people to pick up an order, purchase an order and something else (the people had joined the incorrect queue). It was then my turn to pick up something and so I asked if i could also purchase another cable, aside from the one I was picking up. He said he is “not here for that”. When I brought up how he had mentioned to the customers in front that you are able to buy something from the order pick up, he essentially lied and said he had not said that. When I mentioned that he had said this (I also confirmed later with another colleague whether you are to purchase something small at order pick up - to which they said yes), he became extremely rude and condescending, stating, “you are holding me to my word are you? to which my response was well yes because you did say that. His reply? No you thought I said that. - Absolutely no customer service skills, could have handled this so much differently. Is this really an Apple employee? Where’s the training? He essentially lied as he appeared to be stressed due to three people in the order pick-up queue, earlier blurting out randomly to himself with his hands on his face, i’m never moving from here, am i. If you find it difficult to serve people at Order Pick up when all you're doing is standing there scanning barcodes of email confirmations, and products which OTHER colleagues are bringing to you, you need to find a different role. This is not an excuse to translate a rude tone or condescending comments to customers. Fix it, Myles, or find another job role that suits your competence.

03-19-2023 06:33We visited Apple in Birmingham city centre today and received some really bad customer service from John, he was very abrupt and condescendingly conversing with us, absolutely appalling way to greet a customer when looking for information. He seemed to have some sort of issue where he just straight away said to us to go check the website, it seemed like a premeditated answer to every question we had as that was the answer we received. Emily on the other hand was absolutely wonderful, chatty and more ‘human’ like with her responses. She was eager to help and my brother ended up purchasing a phone to replace an older model. She was supportive and very informative. However, John on the other hand seemed like he did not care for us being there and was not welcoming at all.

03-14-2023 11:08It's a beautiful building. It has an ancient architecture. An airy apple store awaits you inside. Usually of medium intensity. 2 minutes walk in front of the train station. All of the store apple products are on display. You can examine the product you want and ask questions to the experts.
