07-07-2023 20:18Attended in December as regularly go to Selcos being a tradesman. Went in for wood and it needed to be cut. Waiting at the wood counter where a member of staff said to keep pressing the bell and someone will eventually be with you. 30 minutes later and still waiting a guy went past on a digger and laughing said, it doesn't work, cant you see the sign. (There was no sign), I figured he was joking and awaited another 5/10 minutes or so. Eventually a young guy came and said have you been pressing the bell for ages? Said yes and he said, well its not working and he thought I would of realised. After the complete disregard for there customers I went to walk out but realised I may as well go the toilet before starting a new venture to find a shop that cares. I was then horrified by the pictures attached. Completely disgusting and I will never return to this store. Fortunately for them, the staff and toilets are brilliant in Shirley or I wouldn't return full stop.
