10-22-2023 05:24Waiting 45 minutes on the phone to book a trailer finally got through said hello and the girl said something inaudible and promptly hung up … rang back , I didn’t even get to say hello the second time , they just picked up and hung up straight away. Third time - same thing . There is no option to email or book online. Website says to contact store for availability. Hard to contact them when they won’t answer the phone. Not a very professional way to run a business . Very frustrating

09-18-2023 21:30Having a carpenter/painter husband it’s always first choice to come to this Bunnings as for trade and special order they are better organised and have more options. We came to buy material for deck and pergola and they were very accommodating to what we needed. Very happy with customer service especially from the ladies at the trade desk. We have bought several items for residential jobs also our own home.

06-19-2023 08:37Rude staff member Jane from the special orders desk if you dont like your job dont project onto customers, your tone was disgusting towards a customer asking a simple question, dont do a customer service role if you clearly dont want to be there or serve a customer who asked you very politely, Every other staff member at the fyshwick store was wonderful in sorting out a basic question, but this woman was rude and arrogant shouldnt be working in a front facing job Ended up going to the Tuggeranong store and they were amazing with their customer service this woman could use some customer service training

06-17-2023 19:34I just returned a ryobi electric shears 4892210189301) new and unopened and was given the third degree by the service desk (Returns/Info R14) staff member This happened even when I explained I had also bought the Heavy Duty version yesterday for more money $214. The two items were on the same shelf in the store. Even though ai explained the person (with long curly blond hair) insisted I state the reason for the return even though I just did. Repeating myself again I was told that every new item unopened and returned to be bunnings had to be opened I then pointed out to the staff person then other prune shears were nit being opened to which I was accussed of being rude for meeting this in a polite manner. This person needs some training on customers relations I did not appreciate in front of other customers having to explain my return reason a second time. The person who sold me the other HD Ryobi shears assured me I would have no hassles returning the other new shears. The service desk person in my opinion was overall difficult for what should he been a rightful return under consumer law. I think I will speak to consumer affairs about bu nings return policy on unopened new items when it turned out to be the wrong itme and I had even bought another item paying bunnings more money. Whilst there are some great staff on the service desk this person who served my today is not one of them. In the past few months I have spent thousands of dollars in Bunnings now I am considering changing stored thanks to your staff who jist treated me this way today.
