The store is excellent there is good choice of merchandise the staff are soo friendly and really polite love the store

Leeds have a great shop. Shame about the leisure wear, looks more like an advert for Adidas, than Leeds United. New first team home kit is excellent befitting one of England's greatest ever clubs.

Such a big thank you for the generous gentleman that helped us on Saturday night 6/11/21. We travelled from Stoke-on-Trent to Leeds to watch our first concert since covid, my wife had bought a jumper from Stoke and not realised it still had the security tag on it , and thanks to the generosity of the gentleman at the store he removed the tag for a rather distressed wife ,we went on to have a most fantastic night thanks to him

I buy all my Leeds United merchandise from this store. They usually have in stock the items I want, but it's difficult because were such a massive, commercially minded club.

My husband, brother ,two nephews and now my grandson are Leeds United Fans through ans through so l often buy online from this shop at Elland Road and also go in there if I go to match.They are brilliant for sending you exactly what you order and it's like Gold to my husband. I RECENTLY ORDERED 5 ITEMS FROM THE ONLINE STORE AND WHEN THE PACKAGE CAME TWO DAYS AGO,3 ITEMS WERE MISSING AND NOW THEY JUST IGNORE MY E-MAILS AND I THINK THAT I WILL NEVER GET THE REFUND BACK. ALL IN ALL, ONE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE STORE AGAIN. A BLOODY DISGRACE!
