10-10-2023 10:46Customer service is absolutely appalling. On several occasions the people who worked there could clearly see I was needing some help but they completely ignored me by either walking in the other direction or going into the staff room/area. So unprofessional, not very helpful and rude! I just put the items down and walked out. Not shopping there again.

09-18-2023 23:53Poor customer service .. We stood on upstairs on counter around 5-7 mins , One guy his name Mustafa passed us 3-4 times , He can see customer is waiting for something , I didn’t call him I thought May be he is serving other customer, however when I notice ,he is not serving to others at all or not even would prefer why we are waiting on counter , I just want ask something about stuff Is it boys or girls? That’s all! I told him we stood on counter for long time u keep on passing us, He said we write down their ,pay downstairs than why u stood their, it was so rude the way he said,I told her nicely oh u should let us know 😊, The way he showed negative attitude makes us feel so bad, He ignored our question u0026 start doing his stuff without even replying to anything… this person need training how to serve customers or may be not capable to do work supportively or politely with positivity.

04-02-2023 19:56The customer service in this place is a joke. Not once but twice we had to find someone to ask for help. Both times we were told they would send someone to help. Both times no-one came. Ended up just putting down £100+ of goods and walked out. It's not that they did not have staff, they were just more interested in chatting than serving customers.

04-02-2023 18:34Didn't really want to give a start at all. tried phoning number on website to ask re. items I was looking for - twice - no answer. Drive down, asked at entrance, directed upstairs, needed advice so asked at desk- 3 young ladies had no idea so asked me to go back downstairs to ask bloke on door,I explained I needed help u0026 advice, so could someone come to me but they explained he had to stay on the door. Then they asked a customer if he could help- which confused both of us. So I went to ask the guy on the door, explained the situation - expecting him to apologise u0026 offer to help me out - he simply explained why he needed to be by the door- large store, few staff... Eventually he suggested he get the store manager to cover the door- so I suggested he set him upto me. My daughter had a similar lacklustre experience. Both of us left without buying anything. This is why the high street is dying. They simply don't care about giving the customer a great experience. This isn't my first similar experience at Sports Direct, every time I've gone in it's been a trial to obtain any help, I won't bother again.
