Third time buying shoes at Sport Chek - Devonshire Mall. Each time, I have been overly impressed by the helpful staff. The two people working this afternoon went out of their way to help me find the pair I've been looking for since last summer, and Marilee at Checkout asked some great questions about my experience. Highly recommended.

I was impressed with their service here purchasing a kids bike recently. Very knowledgeable staff, their tech inspected the bike in front of me before I purchased and their free 1 year maintenance plan was a great added bonus. Very comparable, if not better, prices to buying online on Amazon etc.

some chick with dark hair and glasses accused me and my friends of stealing because we went into the bathroom and we stood infront of one stall so i could grab all their bags and wait outside for them?? really thought she was gonna impress her higher ups with this one LOL just an fyi, this happened months ago, but i still think about it to this day n it peeves me that i didn’t tell a manager or someone there the day of so, reviews it goes to!

Bad return policy. After 30 days no store credit offered. But on the bright side. I bought a new bike from ambassador cycle. And a jersey at Bob Reaumes

Got a great bike at great price, but the best part was the helpful and skilled Jon who prepped bike, adjusted seat, handlebars, and answered my questions. This guy is gifted, sort of like a 'Bike Whisperer'. Then Lonny somehow managed to help me fit the bike into a modest size sedan with seats folded down.

Fantastic service from Jolene! She steered us toward the exact products we needed and had helpful suggestions that brightened our shopping experience. Would return again!

Had a good experience today, walked in found the shoe I wanted and it was on sale! I had an excellent young gentleman help me.. . in out in about 10 minutes!!! Thank you!
