It is an easy to find store with a great selection of stock. Plentiful carparking available outside. Great, friendly, and efficient staff. I ordered using the screens in the store, and the items I needed were in my hands in minutes.

Toilet washer. Waited in queue, showed sample of what I wanted, told to look it up in a catalogue, at the back of shop, queue again when I found what I wanted, ordered and paid, double checked to make sure it was the same, by asking assistant, took it home . Wrong one. Now going out again but will try different company who might be able to actually be customer friendly.

Ordered products a number of times online and collected. Customer service really good and you can buy most things there for DIY.

Always helpful with recommending products for your DIY projects. It's open 7 days a week with click and collect , shop in store or home delivery. Price is reasonable, if you sign up online you sometimes get a voucher for money off .No doubt I'll be back again for DIY requirements.
