I recently went in to the store amid frustration with big box stores and a rough idea of a fairly complex small project I needed. I was greeted immediately and asked what I needed. I was assigned a sales representative (Ron) who listened to my requests and spent about a half hour walking all over the store working out the best way to achieve my goal. As I drove away I imagined that this is what it was like when my grandfather went to the hardware store. When I got home I completely my project in 15 minutes. Thanks to all!👍👍👍

This is what a hardware store should be. You can buy bolts and nails/screws singles. Not a pack of 15 when you only need 3! They have everything here. Very impressive. It was fun just looking around at the vast inventory.

Shocked to say the least. I don't think I would ever go back to be honest. I would understand a bag policy for groups of teenagers or even vagrants, but a diaper bag. I didnt see them ask the same of the dozen other females with oversized purses. Maybe racial, maybe sexist, but definitely not recommended.
