Nexgen Phone

I had my phone fixed at a very expensive price then a week later it broke again so I took it back the staff was very rude and they charged me again. My phone has now broken again and it’s because they didn’t place any of the screws back into my phone at all. This is disgusting and a scam shop please avoid.

Stay away from this shop, these guys are scammers, everything they sell is faulty! They show good customer service when trying to sell and then completely change once you’ve made the payment and refuse to assist you in any way after that. They will request a lot of money to sort out an issue that was their own responsibility in the first place and will tell you to leave if you explain it was their own fault

WORST PHONE SHOP EVER DO NOT GIVE YOUR PHONES FOR REPAIRS HERE, RECEIVED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE FROM SUNNY. AVOID AT ALL COST, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

I had the screen of my iPhone 6s replaced here as well as the chArging port fixed. No issues with the charging port. However the screen is awful. Once the phone sleeps it takes approx 2-3 seconds for it to become responsive. Eg if someone calls me, or if I unlock the phone using the button, the screen lights up and you can see what is on it but you have a delay until it becomes responsive. I asked them to change it which they did reluctantly however the same problem occurs so clearly they use very inferior screen/supplier. When I further questioned this issue they stated ‘this is what you pay for’ which is a pathetic excuse as I know of others whom have had their screens changed from other shops but do not have this issue. Additionally when you push the notification screen up, it stops about 1/8 up the screen - they tried to claim this is a new feature on the iOS; funny because it seems that only my phone has the luxury of doing this. The chap I was dealing with also stated that ‘asians Are never happy’ (Asian himself and such an absurd comment to make) and not looking at the fact they fitted a screen that isn’t fit for purpose. I would advise you to avoid this place.

Not even a star for this place! I paid £150 to have my screen fixed. Unfortunately I didn't tried the phone before I left the store. Now I have a little black spot on my screen and if I want this fixed I have to pay again!

excellent service after having my screen smashed then got my phone back and the speaker wasnt working. but these guys fixed my speaker in good time.and communicated well even though i was upset. now my phone is good. 😊
