05-03-2023 15:01I was dealing with Brooke! Both me and my mum were not happy. She wasn’t very helpful once she got the sale out. When I was transferring my stuff over to my new phone she kept sighing! I then went back in because I had to transfer my number and she just said call o2 and wasn’t very helpful after that!! The fact the whole experience has not been a good one it has taken me 2.5 hours on the phone to get through to someone who could help me due to the language barrier between the people on the phone and ourselves. I hope this gets acknowledged
