09-02-2023 12:42I had to give one star as 0 was unavailable. The unprofessionalism.of this company beggars belief. From the lack of communication to the almost 3 weeks taken to tell me what we already knew.. that a screen is more costly to fix and needs replacing to the absolutely horrible gruff rough receptionist who I can see has had other complaints shouting arguing with me and being I credibly rude.. I would never recommend this company ever! I have a disabled son and the TV belonged to him and despite asking for a quick resolve to cause less distress to.gim this wasn't adhered to. Awful customer service . Steer clear
