Contractor Service and rental tools Horrible service. Don’t go to Lowes for insulation or rental tools they don’t inspect their equipments, a month ago we rented a machine and wasn’t working properly we waste two days of work we reported and today we rented again the same machine and still does have the same issue, waisted another day of work of two employees. Lowes staff simply don’t care about losing business or provide with proper service to contractors. I guess our company will need to look for a different store moving forward.

Came in looking for a new outdoor decking set and I was surprise how big and nicely organised the store is. This Lowe's store have a huge selection of outdoor furniture and even an outdoor garden. I ended up walking around looking at different things to improve my home. Found a nice blind for the living room and a bunch of accessories more. Really well managed store.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Went in today to get a second key made. Was told to wait as they had to use the bathroom for 10 MINUTES. Made the key wrong so I had to drive all the way back. Was told to wait again because they HAD to go for lunch. After almost waiting 30 MINUTES, I asked for a refund. Low functioning employees with zero regards to people’s time. Wouldn’t recommend anybody to go here unless you enjoy waiting around so that they can have their precious little lunch parties.
