Geek Squad

Do we still have to call them Geeks? I buy all my computer tech at Best buy because the service is great and honestly you can't get computer service anywhere else. I bought a brand new PC that had windows 11.0 and Microsoft was using it to hammer me with advertisements to buy ancient empires some stupid video game. I'm a 56-year-old man. What's their problem!! Best buy completely replaced the laptop because it had a pixel issue. Plus they stripped all that ridiculous software off the laptop. Thank God. They also taught me how to turn off the ridiculous unicorn rainbow leds under the keyboard lighting I didn't ask for. They also had it back to me in half the time that they told me it might take.

bought an open box computer but took it home and it would not start up. took it back and the geeks took care of it in the first visit. thank you geek squad

Arrived at 2:25 pm on a Wednesday to see if they could fix my sound bar. There was no one to greet me. Someone finally told me I could sit down and wait. 40 mins later I'm still waiting along with everyone that was here before me. I only wanted to ask if they could repair it and how much. But sadly don't know if it's worth what's shaping up to be an hour of my time to ask two questions.... There was also to people picking up behind me, they were upset they have to wait so long just to pick up their item.
