You can build your own and there's smart technology on the walls to help you pick the design and size. Staff are welcoming and friendly. With the individual slices there's lots of different flavours, each of which looks beautiful. Best of all those they taste incredible and are so fresh.

Especially the girl today who served me around13.30 was very friendly, polite and helped out in cake's decoration and even gave away a complementary beautiful heart love ❤️ shaped cake for free. Absolutely Fantastic service. Cake was amazing. Provided a fresh cake for us. Raikan was a great salesperson and and an asset to the business. She let me change the toppings. This isn’t something CAKE BOX allows you to do. Neither is CAKE BOX cakes fresh. I advise everyone to support your local businesses. These franchises are no good for us or the small businesses. One criticism is Cake Inn doesn’t advertise how fresh and how available they are to change and design their own cakes. This is very appealing to customers as nobody else does this. Great job guys keep it up see you again.

I regularly order cakes from Cake Inn for all of my family occasions and they are always absolutely delicious. The last cake was a chocolate ganache cake with vanilla frosting, and it was so moist and flavourful. The frosting was also perfectly sweet and creamy. The cake was also beautifully decorated, with a simple yet elegant design. I am also impressed with the customer service at Cake Inn. They were very friendly and helpful, and they make sure to get my order exactly right. I highly recommend Cake Inn to anyone looking for a delicious and beautiful cake for any occasion.

Vanilla cake with jam cream is one of my favorite types of cake. The vanilla flavor is subtle and sweet, while the jam cream adds a nice tangy kick. Overall, it's a delicious and satisfying dessert that I would highly recommend.

Lovely cakes! Tasted very nice, particular favourite was the lotus sponge, incredibly light and fluffy. The oreo and forerro were both lovely as well. The sponges on the latter two I believe were the same, both the same chocolate sponge but with different icing. I would go for a red velvet next time instead for variety! I was served as soon as I stepped through the door by a lovely young lady, prices are very good for freshly made cakes. Counters and front of house were clean, full and well presented. Many options available and they were all boxed for me to take away.

really good place for eggless cake. I recent ordered a gender reveal cake from here everything about it was perfect. One this I would recommend doing is if you buy the cake a day before or if your travelling with it, to really make sure your careful and that it is in a cold place so the colours don’t spread.
