Enjoyed my last minute visit (5mins before closing), I requested to get 30 balloons blown up! This made me extremely happy that they were willing to do this order at the last minute. I was able to provide balloons for my brothers daughter. A 6 year old will now be so excited on her birthday bc the manager and employees were willing to stay past closing to fulfill this order. Extremely grateful. It cost $38 for $30 balloons because I purchased the balloons from a different store. Thank you so much party city! I’ve worked there in the past and I know how it feels to want to get off work on time so I feel extremely bad however truly appreciate it! Thanks to Olivia who blew the balloons up and to the cashier I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name however she also helped checking us out! I will highly recommend this location.

I purchased a costume was assured by an employee that I had a 30-day return window. When I went to the store today, I was informed that my return period had mysteriously shrunk to a week and it was too late to return it? I tried to explain the situation to the store manager, Matthew, he denied that any of his employees would say that and refused to give me a refund, regardless that his employee promised I would have 30 days. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here, and I won't be returning to this location in the future.

Whatever happened to all party cities!? They used to have good variety of Halloween costumes, very organized. But now it's like they just gave up. Terrible...why even bother with Halloween. So dad to see this place going down hill.
