Tor Hôtel Genève ^🇩🇪

As I write this review at 2am, the youth of Geneva are outside racing their expensive sports cars along the main drag right outside the hotel. It has been impossible to sleep at all. Just our luck that it was over 90 degrees today, so it was stifling in our room - it felt like I was in an oven. So our window had to be open to attempt to cool it down - ergo the road and street noise. I would avoid this hotel like the plaque during the summer! Plus it could benefit from a good power washing - but that’s my fault for not reading the reviews closer, as others have mentioned that it’s getting a bit rickety.

Rooms are clean and tidy! Hotel doesn't have a parking of its own hence 4 star.. Apart from that location is amazing with lot of dining options and lake geneva is like 5 mins drive.

Location was a short 6 minute walk from train station. Super close to the lake. The rooms were easy to get to. Very kind staff. They even brought us breakfast for lunch since we had to leave too early to catch airplane the next morning. Seemed like an older place, but it was clean and well kept. They had efficiently placed shelves and tables. Really enjoyed my stay and can't recommend it enough.

The bathroom is a bit small, and the hotel is a bit far away from the train station Gare Cornavin, but the staff are very nice, and the room is comfortable and big. The room service breakfast is extremely delicious and full.

Aufgrund der Entfernung haben wir auf das Auto verzichtet und sind mit der Eisenbahn angereist. Das Hotel ist wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, zum Genfer See und in die historische Altstadt sind es aber auch nur ein paar Minuten.

Месторасположение - супер, и с аэропорта добирались 10 мин, и в центр города, до набережной пешком 5 мин. Отель находится в старом здании, уютный и чистый миниотель. Есть все необходимое, миникухня со всеми принадлежностями, варочной поверхностью, холодильником, микроволновкой, чайником. Просторная комната, мягкие кровати, тв. Интернет работает отлично. Берите с завтраком, в номер приносят, всего много и вкусно (кофе/чай, йогурты, вкуснейшие круассаны, хлеб и джемы). Убираются каждый день. Персонал замечательный! Ольга на ресепшн, и порой был владелец, очень приветливые люди. Спасибо, нам все понравилось! Отели в Швейцарии предоставляют билеты для бесплатного проезда по городу на разных видах транспорта.
