Hardwood, Vinyl, Laminate Flooring - Hardwood Giant

Warning This company did not do a good job on my stairs. I posted a review about two weeks ago, my first poor review ever. The only call I got from this company was from the store manager Ali Alishan telling me to take down my bad review. I said I would only after the mess they made on my stairs was fixed. I find it very surprising the head office wouldn't reach out. Avoid this company at all costs. Please take a minute to review the following pictures, they speak for themselves.

Wonderful selection... super friendly and knowledgeable staff... unbeatable service and unbeatable prices... absolute pleasure to deal with Alishan. 👍🏻👏🏻. If I could give higher stars I would. This is an A+ Flooring company. I Would 100% recommend Hardwood Giant for any hardwood job you need done.

Went here to look for engineered hardwood and phoned the company the next day for order. Abhishek was fast in responding to our questions, assisted us with the invoice and delivery! Highly recommend his service! The price is super reasonable and was the lowest price for wood flooring compared to others. The customer service was above and beyond :) Needed an extra two boxes, it wasn't available but he immediately got back to us when it was there! Thank you!!!

Staff was very kind and helpful, especially Ali. We even made multiple last minute changes to our orders and they were cooperative each time. They helped in choosing the right colors and gave honest advice. Prices are very fair and reasonable.

Excellent place for hardwood flooring material. Very good service and sales team is very helpful. Ask for Alishan Ali when you visit the Mississauga location. This is the second time I have purchased from this location and I have had no issues.

WARNING, stay away from the Mississauga location! I recently had the stairs and upper level done and spent over $15,000. I sent these pictures to the store manager Ali Alishan and said that I was not happy with the unfinished work, and he said too bad and that I needed to call someone else to finish the job. Take a look at the photos for yourself and decide if this is location for you.

BUYER BEWARE. This company also goes by the name MISSISSAUGA FLOORING SOLUTIONS INC. The company that the wood came from was AMBIANCE. They area all scam artists. They do not stand by their product or workmanship. We purchased hardwood floor from their show room at 150 Britannia rd miss. They sample that we choose from and what we had installed was 2 very different quality of wood. The wood we had installed was cheap painted wood. We phoned Ali the salesman and voiced our opinion. His answer that is what you choose. We asked for someone to come to our house to see the floor. They refused. Bottom line they brushed us off. They got our money. So they don't care. BUYER BEWARE.

Hardwood Giant Mississauga (Britannia Road). I won't speak for other HG branches, but.. Beginning to end with Sam at HG Mississauga was an A+ experience, night and day from our experience elsewhere. Sam was upfront about supply-chain problems during pandemic, our product finally arrived when he had predicted, and he and the terrific installation department had us booked and product installed within about a week of the product arriving at their warehouse. I compared the prices with other places and was happy. Jason was the head installer and I have never seen any craftsman work more carefully, neatly and focused. Sam explained all our choices and prices, and we are glad we went with installation and trim (shoe-molding). -- FYI, If we'd had more money, we would have gone with baseboard replacement as well. Sam in Mississauga took every opportunity to inform us accurately and move our project along A.S.A.P. And Babar was also very helpful with suggestions and cautions, and filling in when Sam was busy with another customer. Mississauga Branch store: 5 stars.
