I was looking for a specific rubber replacement part for my commercial hand wash sink. I went to Lowe’s and Home Depot but couldn’t find it, then I came here. What a gem of a find! Tucked away in a corner, the back was a pleasant surprise. The gentlemen that helped me was informative, patient, and extremely professional. He found the part in no time and what would have cost me $3 elsewhere, he said that it was only $0.50 and waived the fee entirely. It’s no wonder this store has been around for over a couple of decades given the specialized expertise, generosity, and wide array of parts it carries, and attractive price point (even though I didn’t end up paying a cent). I know for a fact if any of my commercial or residential plumbing needs arise in the future, this will be my go-to location and happily support their business. Highly recommended!

I am in finishing stages now of my 2nd large project with Plumbing Mart. They have extensively renovated my 1400 square foot condo in Mississauga, including 2 bathrooms, floors, entire kitchen remodel, painting and some other details. They have renovated my entire apartment. I have done several other renovation projects using other contractors in the last 5 years, and my experience with Plumbing Mart has been the better than with the other companies. Mark is a total expert who managed the job with ease and efficiency. I am also very happy with the perfect functional kitchen layout design he did for us. The contractor John that Plumbing Mart sent to my job to do most of the work has been great. He is hardworking, proactive, fast, and mindful of details and quality. He was able to solve problems that required creative solutions. He did not cut corners or let us down once. There is a lot that can go wrong with large jobs like these and its a lot of money to invest. Having a good contractor is essential. Plumbing Mart kept their promises to me and delivered to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They even didn't respect their own words, how you can trust their job ! They will tell you that call you in few minutes and of course they will never do. Not professional team at all.

Came to buy some parts for a DIY project. Store clerk was knowledgeable and very kind/helping. Helped me understand what part I needed and took the effort to help and suggest what would work for me. 100% support this compared to big box stores.

I'm happy about the fact you can get in-and-out quickly with staff to help you with your parts however however I was disappointed when they tried to sell Me an outdoor brass faucet With threadsThen I needed to fit around to a 1/2 inch copper pipe however they didn't tell me I would need a yellow flame torch most common are blue flame and blue wouldn't heat up enough up to securely melt the soldier onto brass and copper fitting line it ended up ruining the threads cause I couldn't get what little soldier on it off and so I had to buy a new one At that point I went to a competitors. A more friendlier and knowledgeable staff at plumbing mart that are willing to help you in all aspects of your installation would be betterAt plumbing mart. I just got the wrong guy I don't know but that shouldn't happen in such a small store As I found out I wasted my time And money with my purchase here.
