Staff very kind and will go the extra mile for you. However. Stock with not prices broken stock and difficulty accessing stock. So far, I've walked out twice with no shopping. Ordered from amazon in the end..🙈

Love this shop, excellent in every way, I did click and collect, they even rang me about my order as one roll of paper was same batch number but different shade number. I picked it up same day. Had 2 rolls over, took back and refunded. This shop is amazing for customer care.

It's a big store but needs a make-over to make it look more attractive, shane.

Great place for some very good deals. They got pretty much everything you will expect from big Diy store but plus is furniture and you can get some really good deals available only in store. Staff is super nice!!

Buy a lot of gardening items from here and I've never been dissatisfied, especially the plants which are very well looked after compared with some places, staff are friendly and helpful 😀

Friendly, helpful staff. Not a great deal of choice on what we were looking for though, (bathrooms,) and seemed a little expensive compared to similar competitors.

Very well stocked. Good choice of paint from Homebase own brand, Dulux and Crown. Good choice of decorating tools/equipment. Also liked their wallpapers. Couldn't give it 5star though - toilets were closed to shoppers!
