Sales were very good at convincing me to go with their business. I installed 2 mini-splits units they recommended. They were great until they were paid. Then - it became quite challenging 1) no one walked me through how to operate the units . Questions are not welcome and are not answered; 2) by the time the work was done the walls had to be repaired (extra cost and timeI); their team did not know how to install the system in my walls - after they already opened them; the repair person they recomended helped them figure out what to do. I had to pay extra money for the repair . The quality of the repair was pretty low - the paint is not in a good shape and it will require an additional contractor to bring it back to baseline 3) I have tried for weeks to get them to provide me information needed to operate the units. I was sent a YouTube video of some other system and a different remote control. 4) The units they recommended encountered a problem just a few weeks after the installation! Quite a disappointment and now I have paid $ and have their units in my walls so stuck!
