My girlfriend dragged me here. The clothing selection was good according to her, and I'm giving it 5 stars since there was adequate seating for the guys. Have to admire the box joints on the displays, props to whoever put it together.

Love this shop. You can buy some really nice clothes, something a bit different. They also selling nice make up along with body washes and moisturisers which are not too expensive, would recommend 😃

Not enough fitting rooms. Queued 35 minutes to try on one item. No chairs to sit on for those with mobility issues either.

Im St James Einkaufszentrum befindet sich diese Boutique für Damenbekleidung. Der Preisbereich ist etwas gehoben, die Bekleidung und Accessoires werden großzügig präsentiert, man kann angenehm schauen, was einen interessiert. Die Auswahl ist nicht so groß wie in Kleidungsdiscountern.

Size shaming in ti's shop is rife, teeny weeny sizes only on display, clothes are pricey and it's a shame as they would make far more money if they displayed clothing in large and xl but its all small and xs. Lack of business acumen equals loss of revenue.

One hour before the shop closes - I was refused to use the fitting room. After worked I rush to this shop to try and potentially buy a few things . Not coming back :( the member of staff could not even give me a clear reason.

such a lovely shop, shame about the staff, came in today and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The older lady with glasses (maybe the manager) who was working 12/01/23 with brown hair was super unprofessional and rude and I could hear her gossiping about my mum. Like if you don't want to help customers - get out of customer service related jobs!!! Avoid asking her anything as clearly this lady doesn't want to help you!!! A simple sorry I can't help you or even ask someone else would have been sufficient instead of talking behind someones back loudly enough so that both of us could hear you. Manners cost nothing :)
