The worst experience will never go back. Phone to find out what if and when they're going to be open to pick up my phone nobody can answer my call left messages phone calls weren't returned finally went down to the shop where the owner proceeded to tell me that I never called and that there's always somebody there. When I got home he proceeded to text me and tell me that's where I should have called like I'm supposed to know his cell number already. he closes early without notice. I go to pick up my phone he tells me it is $180 after I told him I can't afford much. I want to get my phone a few more day.when home the original features no longer work and he said that's what you get with a cheap screen very displeased, disrespectful no customer service skills. will never return

Repairs all my devices in a quick timely matter without it being over priced

I changed a screen on my s20 fe a month ago.then the screen start acting up with no physical damage. I went back to him and he said it is not the screen and suggest to change the cables that connect the screen to the phone and charged $60 on top of $190 that I payed a month ago for the screen. The fhone worked for one day and top working. This guy is nothing but scam and he doesn’t stand up for his work or the guarantee. I definitely not going back to this place neither recommend any one to go there.

100% recommended! Very capable staff and reasonable prices. Here is my experience: my phone stopped charging, went to 2 other repair shops before trying Pro Fix, in the first shop I was told that the charging port and battery were okay and they didn't know what could be the problem, in the second they said the problem was the motherboard and wanted to change it! On my way home I decided to stop by Pro Fix, left my phone there and in less than 2 hours it was fixed, the person that fixed it told me the problem was simply the charging port. Next time I won't waste my time at other shops and I will go directly with the boss at Pro Fix!

I don't like this place. Its so unorganized and dirty! He couldn't even fix my gaming monitor. He said he cant So I got a new screen for the monitor, it works good now! He could of checked out online. He didn't even check out the damage! 1 star!!!!!!!!
