Everything has just been updated. Gorgeous hotel. Make sure to call ahead and see if the pool is open.

Rooms have been renovated. Clean hotel. Location is close to airport, nearby streets aren't busy. Easy access to 401.

Beautiful hotel, terrible customer service, was billed portion of my stay without my knowledge u0026 the wrong credit card without my authorization. Had restaurant charges from the Bistro when I did eat there once during my stay. The manager was dismissive, rude, unempathetic u0026 didn't apologize for the billing errors on my CC. Checked out the same day after the matter was resolved u0026 will never return to this location. The Management Team u0026 Guests Services need to take a training course in Customer Service. This was a terrible experience. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not expect beyond 3 star level. No complimentary breakfast, elevator did not work for a full day, no dry cleaning options.

Great Service, Hotel is newly renovated smells new! Stayed there for one night due to flight cancelled by West Jet provided us voucher! THey dont accept food voucher by airline unfortunately. Restaurant is no staff the lady is working as server and cook that night
