07-31-2023 10:09We tried calling to order a customized picnic table for our patio but in vain. So we went out of our way to go their warehouse and no one bothered to come take our order. Their excuse they will try to take our call. I guess they got too big to take individual custom order. Too bad for a company which started with a great vision. Reply: the shop was open, and you staff went to get you so we could discuss a customized table (accessibility etc) and type of material we could use (which your website clearly say we could come and see). But then came back with the reply: we will make sure to pick up the phone next time you call. Emails did not get a response either.
