They have amazing customer service here. Joy was very kind in helping me find what I needed and was able to answer the questions I had. She was very patient and friendly checking me out at the self checkout area as well, hope to see her again.

the worst customer service experience here, one of the staff was helping to check the quantities on of the items , and he went back in to the warehouse for 15-20mins, come back with coffee and food on his hand . It’s clearly he’s not helping to go over the inventory and go to his break instead without let the customer know. And even with him comeback , I asked him did you find the items he just run off said there’s a line up etc. that’s totally disappointing and disrespect. But I did have another staff help me out and get me a discount on the item. Not a very good shopping experience .

Always organized and helpfull team. It is smaller store comiare with other home depot stores with almost all their products. It is a Little boutique home depot.

I love this store! Whenever I’ve come here for whatever product I find the staff very helpful, the prices are much cheaper than other places and they have a huge selection. Now that the garden works store in North Vancouver is closed I came here and discovered that they have the BEST prices on their huge selection of pots, flowers, soil etc. They do need to change their entrance though. For those with disabilities it’s a huge pain to go all the way around to one entrance. It makes more sense to have multiple entrances to welcome people into the store.

I was really disappointed with the level of customer service on three separate visits. All visits were for the same thing. I had come in to purchase a toilet and the new bathroom vanity sink and have them both installed by Home Depot. My first visit a few weeks ago, no one seemed available to help me. As it was just to ask a few questions and I had already looked at the items on the shelves, I wasn’t too concerned , thinking I would just come back at another time. Then a little over a week ago, I came in and desperately tried to get staff to help me upstairs, but I got the “not my department“ response. With one kid simply waving and saying “ over there and saying I can’t help you you’ve got to talk to somebody over there”. In fact, he was pretty rude about it. at this point since I couldn’t reach the person in Kitchen and bathroom design, I thought I would try emailing her. - I found her card on her desk in the kitchen and bathroom design section. Regrettably, she did not respond to my email nor my phone call. So I escalated to management. I got a callback from a manager and he set up an appointment for this past Friday which I took time off work for. He even said that he would pop up to the department to make sure everything went smoothly. So on Friday I showed up at the 2 o’clock scheduled appointment only to find that both the person I was supposed to meet and the assistant manager.we’re both off that day. I’m done with Home Depot.

I'm a loyal customer of Home Depot. This branch is a mini store because the local authority doesn't allow them to sell lumber, drywall etc. However they still have most things. Of great importance is the quality of the team. Matt is a man with no hair but he has a million good qualities of a gentleman and delivers exceptional customer service. He walks and talks like a member of the Royal family. Heiter is a kind and attentive cashier who is mindful and caring for the company. Salvatore knows everything about everything in construction, or it appears that way to customers. He helps and guides equally well in tools, electrical, plumbing, tiling. It's a pleasure to meet him. Thank you Home Depot.
