09-26-2023 08:12My husband and I are interested in purchasing a Canadel dinning table with chairs. We went to Peter Andrews Showroom in Farmingdale. No one approached us. Walked around for 20 min. Finally a lovely women tried to help us but was no trained or familar with the system that allowed you to pick your table and chairs on line and build your own set. My husband steped in and played with the computer and we were able to see the table, finish and chairs we were interested in. Customer service is a big deal to us and we are apprehensive to make a large purchase when no one knows what they are doing. You need to address this. Dont offer a service you can't deliver on. It hurts you in the end.Choose a collection,Pick the furniture,Customize your space....didnt happen!

Not only do they offer top notch quality, they also offer superior service. I want to highlight the Wilson family, sales reps in NC, for their diligence and focus on service!
