Sam was our excellent salesman. He was honest and helpful. We purchased three sofas by Ashley furniture and the experience was positive. The price could not be beat and each sofa was several hundred dollars less at JS Furniture than at the Ashley store. The delivery was quick and the sofas were set up exactly how I pictured it in my home. A few days later I noticed a problem with the quality of some trim on one of the sofas. Sam sent two friendly repairmen to the house very soon after my concerns were expressed and the sofa was repaired. All in all I would recommend this business!

Save your money and go elsewhere! We purchased a couch about 9 months ago. Said couch became extremely uncomfortable after 4 months of use. Tried contacting Brian Kyca the manager. After 2 months of run around they finally agreed to service the couch. When they serviced it they must have used inferior foam, because the couch quickly became unusable. Now they have the nerve to offer us a 500$ credit so we can spend more money in their store. Stay away!

My Mom bought a dining table from these people and when it arrived it came damaged, covered in scratches. On top of that, the people who delivered it and assembled it damaged it even more and when I asked about it they COLOURED IT IN WITH A SHARPIE IN FRONT OF ME. It has been months since last contact and they haven’t fixed the issue, I have sent pictures, emails and I have called them. We didn’t want the money back, we just wanted the furniture that we purchased. They said they would fix the issue as soon as possible over the phone to me and told my parents who had to go back to the store and ask them bc they had not fixed the issue. Only good thing was that they collected our money efficiently. Be careful buying from them…

Staff was friendly. We stopped in to look because they had a big liquidation sale. Not sure where the sale was. We found the prices to be same or higher then market average. Some decent pieces but most of the furniture was older more dated styles

Everyone at JS Furniture has great and positive energy and you can sense that as soon as you enter their place. Their professional and friendly approach is a constant practice you will experience with this amazing team. They deliver excellent customer service and they take the time needed to understand the needs of their unique customer base. I highly recommend visiting this store for any of your furniture needs.

Very poor customer service and products i bought a few things from js furniture almost 7 months ago like sofas and bed their sofas only last 6 months then they giving us problem i visit their store 2 time and call these guys more then 5 times they took almost a 1.5 month to solve my problem beacuse they all makes excuses and blames on each other for not respond on my complaint today finaly a guy came to my home to fix and he only fix few things when i ask about my sofa side corner is ripping he says this is not include in insurance they guys were just lie when they sell things to customers this is what repair guy told me its hard to trust on these guys please be carefull while buying something from these guys Thanks

Good deals and nice sales staff not pushy or rude. Found a great bed and fell in love, managed to score a heck of a deal for a Cali king. Just be weary as they bring your furniture in and to a warehouse in St James and if you don't get home delivery they make you schedule pick up a week in advance. Came with rented box truck on what we thought was pick up day and it was really just to pay off the balance and schedule a new date for pickup as they were not ready. That screwed us that day and we live outside of the city.

We went there all the staff was friendly , dealing with a very nice lady she is new get some info then, We went to different furniture and came back to JS Furniture though we want to support local store, bought my son u0026 daughter in law thier dinning table , then Brian Kyca got involve with the sale he convince us that pay $ 100 it get deliver plus set up the dining set and they take away all the boxes , it didn't happen that way! long story short I went back to talk to Brian , he attitude was : I talk to so many customer a day i dont remember what was said , so I ask him , are you telling me you charge every customer different pricing on delivery? he went quiet then he try to point out they have a sign there said set up is $50 , that's why they refund me the $50 for the set up job they didn't do. I told him i'm capable of pick up and set up myself and don't even cost me $50 in gas!!! it was Brian convince us JS furniture service!! He walk away said have a nice day mam which show me he didnt care , they make our money and basicly tell me to get lost!!!!!!!! IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY IT IS THE HONESTY AND SERVICE WE BELIVE IN YOU AND TRY TO SUPPORT LOCAL!!!!!!!
