04-01-2023 08:36My husband and I had a very good experience at this Lowe’s in Kernersville, NC on 10/13/23. We came in to look at plank flooring. An associate named Grey saw us and immediately asked if he could help, and help he did! He showed us various styles and helped us find a best match to the plank we brought to the store with us. He also explained the differences in types of flooring. Grey was very professional, friendly, and funny to boot. We went home with a free sample of the flooring we chose. An independent Lowe’s contractor took measurements today (10/17/23). This guy is named Craig. He was also very professional and pleasant. So far, we are quite impressed with the service we’ve received. Now we’re waiting on the estimate. I’ll post more if we decide to accept the job about how it turns out.
