Employees are always polite and very helpful. Adam and Nathan worked hard to correct the issues I was having with my computer. I would commend anyone having computer issues to visit Office Depot at 5700 Johnston Street in Lafayette, Louisiana.

I will never shop at any Office Depot ever again! Purchased incorrect labels and refused to give me a refund because I did not have the DEBIT card I used to pay for it! My debit card got loses so I no longer have it! No I didn’t want an exchange instead, I wanted a REFUND because there is nothing else on that store I need. I should not be FORCED to spend my money here. I asked if they could just refund it to another card since my card was lost and they refused to.Disputed the charge with my bank and got my money back🙃🙃that’s what happen when you try to be greedy!

When we ordered all the stuff to furnish a NEW office we paid for delivery and put together. It was our understanding that they were helping to arrange this so that we only had to be in a empty office one day. Now due to an email we were told that they are doing 3 different deliveries and that we will need to be there.

Asked associate/manger for a legal sized binder. Manager said they didn’t have any in stock. He didn’t look for it or verify. I went to the front to purchase my items. No one available. I walked out. Horrible customer service. The energy after walking in was already off. Just to add the icing on the cake, I searched for legal sized binders in my area and the Office Depot website lists this location as having one. Would not recommend this location.

Easy online ordering, my recent order was pick up in the store; everything was ready when I arrived. I had large, bulky items and the associate gladly assisted with taking my order to my car and loading it up! A++++++
