10-21-2023 16:58I would like to return the laptop. The first sales guy came to try to help. When he understand that I am returning it called someone. Then that guy called another one. Finally, one came over and said he is manager and start checking stuff. First he said bill is wrong, I showed him online bill. Then he could not find other reason and their system is not working. But still they sell something to others. Anyway, very poor customer service and childish brain work. Even 5 years old children can understand that you don’t want return products. Shame on you… You have to follow the rules

I wanted to share my recent experience at your store located at 1450 Clark Ave. While I understand the challenges that can arise in a busy retail environment, I felt compelled to bring this matter to your attention. Upon visiting the store on 18- sep-23 around 12:15pm, I encountered a notable lack of customer service. I stood at The print shop counter for approximately five minutes without receiving any acknowledgment. During this time, I observed that there were seven staff members present, two of whom were moving about but did not extend a greeting or acknowledge my presence. It was only when a gentleman, who seemed to possess leadership qualities, took it upon himself to approach me while I was providing details for my order, that I received assistance. I found it disheartening that out of seven staff members, only one took the initiative to offer help. I believe in the importance of good customer service, especially in a well-established brand like yours. My intention in reaching out is to highlight the need for further training and emphasis on customer service within your team. While having a fully staffed store is advantageous, it is equally crucial that each team member can spare a brief moment to assist a customer promptly. I kindly request that you consider this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to enhance the level of customer service at your store. I believe that with improved training and a focus on customer satisfaction, your store can better uphold the reputation of your brand. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
