Hello, CPR by Best Buy and Chicken Salad Chick on Apalachee Pkwy in Tallahassee, FL was recommended by the sales associate at Verizon when she could not get my broken flip phone to respond after the screen separated from the chassis. Jeff at Cell Phone Repair was helpful and knew what to try. Verizon should hire him. He was able to transfer everything. The Verizon rep was helpful, but not nearly as knowledgeable as CPR Jeff. I was grateful that he was able to recover 3900 pictures and over 700 contacts. If I had lost all of the contacts, I'd wouldn't have been able to call my family. Jeff sprung me from bozoland by doing the transfer and showing me how to do more on my phone. Jeremy

Dropped my ipad off Saturday, November 18 2023 for a $35 diagnostic to determine if the charging port or battery needed replacing. The next day Sunday November 19, 2023 I went in to see how it was progressing. I was told the diagnostic was not done and wouldn’t be until early next week because they are understaffed. I was not given a refund for the diagnostic they did not do. I could have been told that it would not have been done. Further, they shouldn’t charge for a diagnostic when it was not completed. They just stole my money.

I recommend the employees not answer the phone while using noisy equipment, but otherwise went great! Brought my phone in for a screen replacement and it's been working beautifully. The staff were very nice and have an amusing team dynamic if you like people watching. I would recommend to others and low-key want my phone to have further issues so I can go back and be entertained.

Chris and his staff are amazing. Not only was I a very happy customer, but talking to other customers while there they all were very impressed by their professionalism and quick repairs....not just cell phone btw they do laptops and i assume other devices. Def. check them out, you will not be upset.

CPR Cell phone Repair is open on weekdays and weekends. This is convenient if you are in a hurry or a parent trying to get an emergency cellphone fixed for a kid. A lot of other, even more popular phone repair locations are not open on Saturdays and Sundays. CPR Cell Phone Repair had one technician in the store when we arrived early. He was honest, helpful and capable. He fixed the phone earlier than expected and we were satisfied with his expertise. I would recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair to anyone managing a busy schedule including adult parents and children.
