First time, great... Second time, the lady there, tried to steal my graphic card saying it is burned and she offered to throw it for me. 3 hard drives in the computer, one classic (hd) that I ask her not to touch, she erase it... They open the shop whenever they want, you should go 3-4 times there, to find it open. It will be ready in 24 hours, you get it back after 62...terrible experience.

Our phone and internet service has been amazing from the start. They have a good support line that really go that extra mile to ensure your service and product is working as it should!
