09-11-2023 03:01This company is one of the finest I’ve had the opportunity of dealing with. Everyone from their technicians to their support staff to their customer service and management teams. They were a real pleasure to deal with. With a minor communication error, there was a fee that got charged to me, but in the end was fully refunded. I would expect nothing less from this company as they really do value their customers feedback, and genuinely take action to resolve matters in a timely fashion. My hats iff to them!

03-28-2023 06:46Stop calling me! I have told you before, I have written an e-mail, I was promised I would not be contacted. I don't want bimonthly emails either. I used red river furnace once 5 years ago. Now I'm being called by this new owner. A call every other day is absolutely ridiculous. Don't even talk about adding a credit to my account, I will never use your services again.
