Had to pay another company to come in and re do the carpets. They didnt even come close to meeting my expectation for cleanliness. However, after hearing about my expereince they were very apologetic and very willing to work together on a resolution. Moving this to a 3 star just based on Customer Service after the work.

I recently hired a duct cleaning company through Home Depot, and I must say, they went above and beyond to deliver an outstanding service. As a homeowner with a 28-year-old house that had never undergone a duct cleaning, I was long overdue for this essential maintenance task. However, I was always skeptical of duct cleaning companies and considered them to be spam. When I discovered Home Depot's duct cleaning service, I decided to go for it. My decision to do the duct cleaning stemmed from a recent basement upgrade, in addition to previous unwelcome mice problem in my basement which was dealt with but the unpleasant smell of mice droppings emanating from the vents made it clear that my ducts needed immediate attention. When Home Depot's service offered to clean 10 vents and sterilize the ducts, I took the initiative to have all the vents cleaned, not just the 10 mentioned. The team from the duct cleaning company was very professional. They arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and were really organized and showed us photos of before and after cleaning of the inside the vents. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. As they meticulously cleaned each vent, I could see the noticeable difference it was making to the overall air quality in my home. I must admit that I was initially hesitant to write a review, wanting to ensure that the results were genuinely transformative. Well, after two weeks, I can confidently say that the difference is remarkable. The removal of dust, debris, and the elimination of the unpleasant odors associated with the mice infestation have definitely made a huge difference. Excellent job. Quick, easy, very professional. Explain in detail what I needed to know. I knew in advance what the price would, but we went over it again, to make sure no hidden surprises. I asked for something else, so advised of the price adjustment in advance, so I knew what the new price would be. Would certainly have them do it again in 2028, when it’s due!!!

First time we had our ducts cleaned in 30 years so we had nothing to compare our experience to and the ducts were dirty. The cleaning crew of 2 showed up on time and were courteous, friendly and extremely professional. They took before and after pics of the ducts for us and the difference was impressive. They worked very fast but were extremely thorough. Would not hesitate to recommend this cleaning service!!

Really nice guys. They were efficient, made sure we looked after our pets, and were tidy. They checked the dryer vent too and we’re hones about it not needing to be done and explained why. The vents probably hadn’t been done in our house more than once since the 1960s so they were atrocious! I could feel and see the difference in my house almost immediately! No more fuzzy cold air returns!
