09-06-2023 12:12Would not use Cheap As Chips again. Used them for a basic steam clean of a room. Refer to images. 1. Price - Quoted price doesn't include GST. 2. Quality - The stain removed completely ruined my light carpets - refer to pictures. They take no responsibility as I signed a waiver for any damage they cause. 3. Their customer service is terrible, despite half a dozen calls. 4. Refer to owner's comment. It is all fabricated lies - there were no urine, food, burn marks or alcohol stains. I own the place, so not moving out, and was advised the initial light marks could be removed through their $66 stain removal process. What it did instead is horrific. Image of video cuts just before the clean, post clean and the invoice. I'm now left with having to replace the carpet myself. Buyer beware.
