I sent my partner to pick me up a refurbished laptop. With a specific model they had listed online, instead got offered one for $60 more with the same specs I was interested in. (around $600 later after taxes) I ended up with a Dell model, it is a good laptop considering it isn't brand new. My goal was to get the bang for my buck at this place and I did for the hard drive specs alone. I got double of what i would for brand new (16GB 500 SSD compared to the standard 8GB 250 SSD) bought anywhere else. We had a little mix up with the charger in the beginning but got it handled with no problem. So far it's been a month with this bad boy and I love it for its speed. Could use its own cooling pad as it runs a little hot (but that's also maybe because I use it quite a bit too) It handles everything I need for servers like Stream for Sims and servers like Roblox and SmashKarts seamlessly. Of course works as any regular laptop for sending emails, surfing the web. The one thing I don't need to worry about is this bad boy blowing away.. it's got some weight to it... lol.. I would defiantly recommend this place for people who want to save money on laptops with more memory and speed instead of blowing $800-$900+ on the same kind of laptop that hasn't had all of its bugs worked out. These are fast basic refurbished laptops with an upgrade.

The guys work in the shops are Amazing, My laptop was not turning on for a month or more . It took just 10 minutes for him to fix it and He did not charged a single penny. Definitely recommend 100%

There's no where else to take your technical troubles to. The crew in this place had my laptop that needed a new screen fixed within a day. Not only that, they kept in touch with me throughout. AND! Not only that, they allowed me to pay when check day came around, three weeks later. When picking up my laptop, now in as good condition as when I first bought it, I asked for advice regarding a cellphone problem I was having. Free of charge I was given instructions which I followed, and now, no trouble with my phone. The cost of the fix I needed was incredible. I would've paid, I'm certain, a third more at the place where I first brought my laptop. AND, most important to me is that, I was treated with respect, that these folks are very pleasant to take with, have a fun sense of humour making it bottom line that I fully trust in them. I won't go to any other shop from here on in. Customer service is everything. Thanks guys!

Brought my Dell laptop due to noise the fan was making. The fan was replaced but the noise didn’t go away, so I called and brought the laptop back, they ordered a new part with no extra charge and solved the problem. Throughout the experience they were 100% and more customer service oriented, great communication, professional and friendly. One of the best customer experiences I had.

Thanks Jeff and Gizmo's for fixing my Mac problem within minutes. You always make everything easy for me, and very patient and generous with your expertise and time. As it was only 10 minutes you didn't charge me either! You guys are great. Of course I tipped you for pizza! Five stars for Gizmo's!

Brought my laptop in the other day and received immediate problem solving on the issue. They had it done within a few hours and returned my laptop with no issues! Would recommend these guys 10/10, excellent customer service.

I don't live in Victoria and was helping a friend out with their machine. Needed a mount and screw for their M.2 drive and this place gave me one for free. Was very friendly and helpful!

I can't compliment them enough on their customer service and ethics. I noticed this with another customer who they refused to charge after helping him with his computer. Top notch staff, I highly recommend them.
