05-01-2023 06:09The worst shopping experience I've had in Canada in the ten years I've been here was just recently. A few days ago, I came to this store to buy an item I had confirmed was in stock online. As I walked into the store, I saw a group of employees chatting together. I tried to find the item on my own, circling the store multiple times, but I couldn't find it. I then attempted to seek help from an employee. I'm not sure if I interrupted their conversation, but one of them impatiently glanced at a photo of the product on my phone screen and confidently stated that the store didn't have it. I found it unbelievable. After browsing for a bit longer, a young lady who had just finished helping another customer politely asked if I needed assistance. I showed her the same photo, and she skillfully found the item I was looking for. What surprised me was the complete shift in service attitude within five minutes. I greatly appreciate the helpfulness of the young lady, but I was also disappointed by the indifference and lack of professionalism displayed by the other employees.
