iSmash - Edinburgh St James Quarter

The technicians at iSmash in Edinburgh St James are absolute legends. Very knowledgeable and great service every time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone having issues with their phone. I had an issue with my battery on my pixel 5 and they replaced it and has been working like new since.

TLDR: Very good service and helpful staff. I smashed (like in the name of the place) my phone screen on Thursday and looked for fast and reliable service that could replace a screen with a same-day service. iSmash at St James Quarter in Edinburgh was suggested with an overwhelmingly good review. So I went ahead and booked. When I arrived at the appointment, Ray was such a helpful staff member providing 5+ star service. He explained everything very clearly and took care of my phone, replacing new screen, new frame and even a battery within less than 4 hours. When I picked up the phone, it is as good as new!! Highly recommended iSmah at St James Quarter.

Great service, I appeared 15 minutes early expecting to pay £75 and wait 1 hour for a new charging port, but 20 minutes later my phone had been fixed for £15 and they even nocked the price down to £10. Ray was brilliant and had my phone fixed before I’d even finished the coffee I’d bought whilst waiting. I will recommend Ismash to my friends and will come to them first if I have any more problem with my phone.

I smashed the screen of my Samsung ultra s22. Ray was brilliant 5* service with a smile. I had made a mistake with my booking but they fit me in and fixed my phone very quickly, they also gave me a new battery and new frame. So my phone is like new again! Great service, thanks Ray!

Went to get my Screen and Battery fixed (For Pixel 3a) and the service was super! They had a replacement screen in stock thankfully which meant the service only took 1hr 30min. Had to order a part online before fitting the battery however this wasn't really a bother at all. The battery took around 3hrs or so which I thought was pretty fair. Overall both of the services were executed very professionally and efficiently. Would highly recommend going there for any quick repairs. Side note: they found an issue with my speakers while they were fitting the new battery but they were kind enough to fit a new speaker from an older broken phone free of charge! Ray is a legend.
