I brought in my wife’s iPhone XS Max for a battery replacement, and from start to finish, it was outstanding. They quoted me a two-hour wait time, and true to their word, it was completed within that timeframe. The technician who worked on the phone was incredibly detailed and took the time to explain the entire process to me. I appreciated the transparency and felt confident in their expertise. When I went to pick up the phone, I had the pleasure of meeting Peggy. She was not only kind and humble but also extremely knowledgeable. She patiently explained the battery replacement process further and answered all my questions without hesitation. Peggy’s excellent customer service made me feel comfortable and assured that I was in good hands. Thanks to Peggy and the skilled technician, my experience at Cell Clinic Surrey was exceptional, and I will undoubtedly return for any future needs. Their professionalism and customer-centric approach truly set them apart. Highly recommended!
