Recently bought a new phone at the Apple Store in Brisbane, great personal service, though it did take much longer than I imagined it would do to go through the process of collecting it. Overall, very happy with the service, and the product, just need to speed their processes up just a little, so you can be in and out much quicker.

I’m very disappointed with the shopping experience at this store. I expect a high level of customer service from Apple stores due to their premium prices and their typical high standards. What I got was a disappointing experience that left me wanting. Do yourself a favour and either go to a different Apple Store or get it online. Hard pass.
