We have been here so many times before. Every time we go there everyone is so welcoming and willing to help. The customer service is great! All of the workers are really nice but this one worker, Aman is very nice and helpful!

Brought my phone in after having it driven over by a car! Walked out with a phone nicer than I can remember it ever being, and for a very fair price! Highly highly recommend!

Great service and honest. Reasonable price for replacing my daughter's iPhone screen and they gave us a discount on a screen protector and case. We went on a weeknight so not as busy as on a weekend. This is a late review from almost a year ago and her screen is still in great shape and phone intact.

Needed the screen replaced on my Samsung flip phone, which had stopped working. Samsung support said it would be faster to take it to Mobile Klinik than send it in to Samsung. Unfortunately, the parts were backordered so I had to wait a couple weeks. But when I took the phone in, the staff at Mobile Klinik did a fantastic job. The factory-applied screen protector had lifted off where the screen folds, and in the process of trying to troubleshoot the screen issue I had removed the screen protector to see if it was contributing to the issue. Turns out that removing it voids the warranty, although Samsung's documentation only said they strongly recommend it not be removed. Not impressed with Samsung about that part!!! The Mobile Klinik staff warned me when I dropped the phone off that Samsung might not honour the warranty as a result. But when I picked the phone up after the repairs, they said that they had done the repairs in good faith...they were hoping Samsung will honour the warranty when they send the faulty screen in, but if not then they would be the ones out the money instead of me. In my opinion, that's going above and beyond! The only negative part of my experience was trying to get through to the store by phone. Every time I called, it went straight to a voicemail that says the account isn't able to accept any more messages. Was never once able to get through by phone, no matter what time I tried calling. I live an hour outside the city, so I would have preferred to check in advance if they had the parts in stock, etc. But luckily it worked out in the end, and the exceptional service was enough that I decided not to drop to 4 stars for the issue reaching them by phone.

They were so helpful, even though it took forever to do. Lol. I needed help swapping from 1 phone to the next, and backing up my phone. I didn’t have an appointment, either, so that’s fair to mention. There were customers that were aggressive while I was waiting, and Mayan.K, handled the situation very well. I was impressed with his patience and professionalism. Also his coworker, Gul, was professional. They both were good and helped me with my mobiles, and are good at what they do. I do suggest you book an appointment, as they are busy with phones repairs. Good job, guys. 👍🏽

Really great service at Mobile Klinik Sunridge. I went in for warranty service for my Samsung phone but upon inspection it was determined that the damage that occurred to my phone caused the warranty to be void. So that was bad news for me. He quoted what would be the cost for the repair which would have been a screen replacement. As it was, the phone was completely inoperable. He told me that I may want to consider a new phone instead, and was able to help me to get a deal on a new phone for just a bit more than the cost of what the repair would have been. He also was able to put a temporary screen on my phone in order to transfer my information to the new phone, and did that also at a discounted price. I felt this was all great service above and beyond my expectations. While I was there for a few hours, I saw several other customers come in and the service they received was all great!

The staff here are great, very knowledgeable, and saved me a ton by recommending an alternative solution to the issue I had with my phone. Next time I have phone trouble, these guys will be my first stop.

Great experience in this Samsung's Authorized Service/repair store. Prince and Gul helped me to get my phone fixed in back to brand new condition. Took a while to get my phone back but it was worth it. Highly recommended for any phones under warranty!
