09-08-2023 14:19Super unprofessional and rude. I went there to get a new phone, bc I switched to T-Mobile and was supposed to get a new phone with the switch. I went up to the counter to explain my situation. I looked up and the 2 girls behind the counter just stared at me. They asked if I had ordered the phone to be delivered - I explained that had not ordered any phone that I was trying to get a new phone that was promised with the switch to T-Mobile. The supervisor manager (super rude!) started to argue that that was not what I had asked for. I wasn’t going to go back and forth about what was said so I corrected my statement. She then told me that I created a mix up I went to ootlewah store first to get the line switched (which doesn’t even make sense since my account can be pulled up at any T-Mobile). Long story short…the staff (especially the manager/supervisor) kept wanting to argue (which was unnecessary) and was rude and very unprofessional. From now on I will take my business to the ootlewah T-Mobile location and stay clear of this place. They are not helpful whatsoever.

08-18-2023 14:13Zero stars if was available. The staff needs to be trained I had to ask to be helped not even hi thanks for coming in. Needed to get a new phone and the one I usually go to was under renovation this was the next closest. I was there for over an hour the lady didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. There were only 2 employees and with me being the only one there you'd think things would go smoothly but so unprofessional. The lady kept walking away from me. They kept talking badly about other employees that weren't there, the schedule and about some video game they play. I was assured that all my pictures and videos were saved on the Google and samsung drives and they were deleted by their words so it'd be easier to move things from one device to the other i asked if i should move it to my computer first and they said NO. But now it's not in either place it was supposed to be saved to. I went to the other t-mobile store today where it was confirmed she deleted my images and videos without saving them and no way of getting it back. This is very angering with it being that some of the things on there were for my job! and a few were once in a lifetime experiences.! I called and asked if a manager was in they said no. I asked when they'll be in and the answer was whenever. What kind of answer is that? Such a waste of time.

06-09-2023 10:24I am so thankful that I have never before experienced such incredible levels of rudeness and incompetence. And I hope I never do again. There were four employees and zero customers when I arrived (09/13/2022 at approximately 2:15PM). The employee who was stationed outside in front of the store seemed very nice. The THREE employees inside the store were far too interested in their own conversation to even say hello. I had to apologize for interrupting their conversation multiple times in order to get ANY assistance. It's needless to say that I didn't purchase anything because the employees were almost combative. I am painfully aware that we are in the midst of a national labor shortage but if these three employees were being paid then they were being paid far, far too much. I've had a root canal and it was much less painful than my experience today. IF there is a manager for this store then please feel free to reach out to me. I would love to tell you more about my experience.
