Auberge Old Chelsea B&B

I booked this bed and breakfast for my boyfriend and I for a one night getaway from home. All in all, it was great!! The room was very tidy and beautifully decorated. Making my reservations were also very easy. My only complaint would be that it wasn't much of a bed and breakfast. I was disappointed with the breakfast. It was one day old waffles, a iogo yogurt and a bit of fruit. For the price I expected maybe some eggs or at least a bagle with cream cheese and a muffin! If the breakfast was improved, I would 1000% stay there again.

We rented the house for an extended family mini holiday and loved this house! It is so cute and very well maintained. It is decorated so that it has a very home-like atmosphere. It was very clean, even under the sofas and beds (no dust). (I dropped something and was looking for it). The bedding and towels provided were nice, excellent quality. I didn't know what to expect. I had looked at the photos online and it looked good, but the house truly exceeded my expectations. Our family was just thrilled with the house and are still talking about it. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. It was a special place for us to spend time as a family. We would highly recommend it.

Cozy rooms and very good location. 10 minutes walk to the largest spa in North America Nordik. A large number of pubs and cafes within a five-minute walk. Near the picturesque Gatineau Park.

Super cozy cabin central to nordik and Chelsea pub. Reminds me of a ski lodge more than anything and could accommodate a family well! Lots of parking and comfy beds. Did find some black mold in the kettle but besides that have no complaints

My sisters and I stayed in the cabin for one night recently. The cabin itself is beautiful - exactly like the photos. The location of the bu0026b is also perfect. We spent the day at the Nordik spa and it was less than a 10 minute walk. However, the management of the bu0026b is very disorganized. We had arranged to drop off our bags early, and when we arrived, the individual who was working clearly had not been told that we were coming. We were lucky enough to be able to drop off our bags, but only because the guests who stayed in the cabin the night before had checked out early. Also, when we returned later to check in, I knocked on the door and phoned the bu0026b several times with no response. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told that I should have received an email with the code for the door, but I double checked my inbox and junk folder and this email was nowhere to be found. It was very disappointing to spend a relaxing day at the spa and then have to wait outside in the pouring rain for someone to assist us. Finally, even though I provided my credit card information online, I still had to pay in person, and wasn't even told this until 15 minutes before check out, so it was lucky that we hadn't left early. The cost of the cabin is also expensive, especially since you're not provided breakfast. Overall, the space is lovely, but with all the issues we experienced, I'm not sure if I would stay here again.

Stayed in the Cabane. Clean, easy to access and good instructions. a bit smaller than we thought it would be. Not enough electrical and the only power bar in the bedrooms didn't work properly, like the holes for the plugs were too big. No sink in the kitchenette was challenging. We found old used coffee filter in the coffee maker right after checking in. Great location.
