I used them 10 years ago when I bought my house through a private sale and they were great. Zero issues. I needed their help last year with registering my business and they came through with friendly, speedy, accurate service. I will continue to seek them for future legal services.

Bernard helped with a property purchase and he was thorough, professional, courteous, and charged reasonable fees.

Avoid. To sum up my experience, they were assigned to collect money on behalf of another company. They acted friendly and claimed to be acting in my interests, then got upset when I attempted to accomplish things on my own or hire a lawyer who would actually be representing my interests. I don't even want to think about what would've happened if I trusted them. Perhaps they are better when they aren't working for somebody else (and billing you for it). I can't say for sure. All I know is I never want to have anything to do with them again.

I have used this firm three times now and have been more than pleased each time. Mr. Duchin as well as Pat (my apologies, I cannot recall his last name; also a lawyer) were very helpful, knowledgeable and dealt with the real estate transactions in a quick and competent manner. Also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.
