Great atmosphere at this location. The always must have going to any 49th parallel are the donuts (from Lucky's donut) - flavourful, great texture and unique, hence paying a premium ($4.40) and not Tim Hortons pricing for it. Coffee here is also wonderfully brewed with good tasting beans. Coffee can cost from $2.80-u003e $6.55 (dependent on what you get). There is tea and also optional add ons like Oat mylk. Expect a line up at times and some wait for your speciality coffee drink - a busy location with good amount of seating inside and out.

I always call it my lucky day when I’m at Lucky’s. Their doughnuts are very well made. Many different flavors to choose from. I came later in the morning and was able to snag one of the last pistachio doughnuts. The pistachio doughnut from Lucky’s is a representation of the high standards that Lucky’s holds themselves to. From the doughnut itself to the pistachio flavor, it is clear that the doughnut was very well made

Great coffee shop with some of my favourite donuts (tiramisu Bismark, seasonal item) in the city! Lots of seating and a great patio that is open in the summer and winterized during the rainy season. No soy milk but they do offer almond and oat if you do not drink dairy. Liquid cane sugar and honey are available at the self serve coffee doctoring station. Dogs are not allowed in, but they do provide a nice post out front to tie up your furry friends. Popular local spot and often many dogs hang out front while their humans pick up something on the go.

Great coffee, but this location is quite busy. Service is quick though, so still a good spot for a grab-n-go. There's seats both inside and out, but they were taken last I was here so I just grabbed my items to go. The coffee is excellent! Got a decaf Americano and it was creamy, with vanilla and waffle-like notes. Will have to take a pass on the donuts though. The Vietnamese Coffee donut didn't really taste like anything. The coffee notes were lost and apart from the cream adding a bit of sweetness, all I got was a mouthful of dough. Perhaps your experience will differ with a different choice of donut.

Always fab. The staff is great. Very pretty cozy place. But parking lot now requires you to pay. I wish they had a 10 min parking spot for people who are just grabbing coffee. Otherwise it's a great place with amazing tasty coffee and 🍩

Having escaped a local breakfast eatery as we were sandwiched between two large party tables, who apparently consumed microphones before heading for breakfast...we came upon this gem of a place. Have you ever experienced a coffee shop more like a momentary sanctuary? The atmosphere was airy, light, peaceful, chill and the aroma of great coffee and freshly baked pastries all throughout. You have to try their Mushroom Miso Danish....trust me you'll get it again. Their coconut and pistachio croissant was just as good if you're into donuts. I also enjoyed their coffee. It's something in between JJ Bean and Starbucks...that was my experience anyhow. But, what I think I enjoyed more and equally as much as their menu was just the chill, relaxing and calming vibe and energy. That's exactly what I need and want first thing in the morning..... Loved you guys, thank you!

Best donuts in Vancouver. My favourite are the filled ones, like the lemon meringue. They also have multiple gluten-free options but they sell out, so come earlier in the day for good selection!

Excellent coffee. When packed, prepare to wait a long time. They move especially slowly for a cafe. The environment is chaotic when busy (lots of kids running around impatient while their parents wait in line). Old fashioned donuts are terrible (especially the chocolate ones that taste burnt). All the good donuts are often sold out early and all that's left is mountains of old fashioned donuts. I heard 2 staff members make fun of a customer who asked what they thought was a stupid question (bully-like behaviour). Overall I waited a long time and got a delicious coffee but I was also hoping for a donut but have already made the mistake of trying the old fashioned ones more than once so wasn't about to make that mistake a 3rd time. I think there's room for improvement. I do remember this being a 5-star experience and I think with enough effort they could get back to that: an attitude adjustment from the staff making fun of that customer, move people through the line a bit faster, and pay attention to the supply and demand of the donuts (nobody likes the old fashioned donuts).
