Auberge de la Gare

I've stayed here 3 times for work and every experience has been pleasant. Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. This place is no frills and does not have a lot of extra amenities (like a fitness center, pool, etc.) But it has all you need for a quiet and nice stay. The breakfast is included and a good value.

Great and affordable place to stay - the free breakfast had eggs and sausages, lots of bread, coffee, juice, and some fruit. The room was clean and spacious, and the parking lot was close to the building. It was also nice to have a lot of different restaurants near the hotel, as well as a strip mall with a Walmart (since we forgot a bunch of things!).

Perfect place to sleep within biking 🚴u200d♀️ distance to Ottawa downtown and walking distance to museums. Staff were amazing and breakfast included with a personal touch. Honestly a good option if you don’t want to pay $250+ and parking for a capital that has everything within walking distance. Highly recommended and you will be supporting a business in Quebec that has everything you need!

It was my first time here I was with my family and the rooms smelled of cigarettes. Even the pillows smelled of cigarettes. Nice room pretty fine and decent, breakfast is nice, though really hate the smell of the cigarettes!

Room is spacious and tidy. Washrooms are clean and well maintained. Reception is very cooperative. Loved the breakfast.

Third visit...excellent hotel! Service as before amazing. Our two night stay in spa room was perfect. Desk clerks always engaged in conversations. The morning breakfast was enough to get you on your way. Hot and cold food, bagels, ceral, etc. Area is kept clean as are the rooms and all public areas. Will be back...👍😀
