I went into this location to exchange a gift I had received for my daughter. The employee at the cash was incredibly rude and unprofessional. At one point she even swore infront of me. It was clear from my interaction that she was not properly trained and was unable to perform a basic exchange with a receipt. This is the second time I have had a negative experience with this employee. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Great staff with an awesome selection for a smaller store. Definitely stop in if you’re in the neighborhood.

A smaller store compared to other roots stores but they usually have a variety of options for men, women, children and toddlers/infants.

One of my favourite roots stores, amazing service. This location went above and beyond expectations and found me a purse that was no longer available online. Thanks again to the very helpful ladies!!!
