04-08-2023 03:01Do not shop here or at Urban Planet. I bought an item from the Urban Planet website and they told me to walk all the way to Forever 21 to return it. How ridiculous is that? I bought a swimsuit that was way too small and didn't fit at all. Sizing information on the website is completely wrong! So I could not try it on. They would not allow me to return even though I have never worn it. And guess what? They allowed me to try on another size of this swimsuit at the store without buying it. So how does that make sense? The one I wanted to return has not been worn... but I can try on another swimsuit without buying it? I am forced to keep a brand new swimsuit that doesn't fit because of the wrong sizing information, but all the swimsuits in your store is used? I don't understand the logic behind this. If swimsuits cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, then why are you allowing customers to randomly try on swimsuits at your store without having to buy it? This should have been simple. I just wanted to return a brand new item. Never worn. Tags still on. Basically, they have a teenager as a manager there that does not know how to operate a business and does the bare minimum to help you. They definitely do their best to make returns a nightmare for you.
