He went above and beyond to help me and introduced me to Omar, who will take care of the Herman Miller chair repair. Don't hesitate to reach out to this company for your HM repair work!

Honestly, dealing with this company, particularly Molly W, has probably taken a few years off my lifespan at this point. We're almost at the 1 year anniversary and the issue with this expensive HM Aeron is still unresolved to this day! Save your money and go elsewhere, it's not worth the stress you'll get fighting them, especially if you sneeze the wrong way on your $2500 chair and need to get service. Story: Me and my family helped buy my dad a maxed out Aeron as a christmas gift around Dec 2021 using his corporate discount. We paid, he ordered. Chair arrives around mid Jan, very pretty and cozy but order had a mistake that neither myself, my dad, or our sales associate (Molly W.) noticed. No big deal, stuff happens. We reached out to sales rep to get it rectified. Dealing with Molly is like asking a toddler to clean up after themselves, they needed to be followed-up with constantly if you wanted *any* hope of getting any response that week, be it basic inquiries, replies, or even just status updates, since they haven't yet discovered the mind-bending concept of a courtesy update. Radio silence most of February, even after multiple follow-ups. We discovered that the prior company (Workplace Resources) had consolidated into Contemporary Office Interiors, and i know restructuring and corporate buyouts are messy so we let it slide. Maybe it'll be better now! Oh if we only knew what fresh hell awaits us. Got absolutely fed up with Molly and reached out directly to service email directly and made brand new ticket. Turns out, old one was closed somehow. Mysterious and convenient, but whatever. Molly takes over ticket. Oh boy, here we go again. Some progress finally happens in March after numerous emails, they *finally* ordered the replacement part, ETA sometime April. Part is MIA, no word again. It's May now, part arrived and my dad drives the chair to repair center, turns out they ordered completely wrong part. Weeks go by with silence, we're practically begging for any follow-ups now. We just want this expensive headache to just be resolved so we can peacefully move on with life and not lose more hair due to stress. More radio silence. We finally get a message around July saying the chair will be replaced outright after their director approved it, whatever that even means at this point. Old one we can keep and it should arrive by mid Sept at the latest. Cool, we can live with that. It's now end of Sept, absolutely no word. Followed up multiple times Sept, Oct and Nov, no word.This would've been an easy 1-star to avoid if Molly, or honestly anyone at this company, just took a whole 30 seconds out of their highly important day and just pushed a few buttons on this miracle device in front of their eyes called a computer which can relay any info to anyone in mere seconds! Who could've even dreamt of such a novel concept! Having worked for an authorized reseller/service provider company that deals with a particular large corp myself, I can understand things don't always go smoothly there, but this is a whole other level. I am genuinely beside myself on this. I could've had a Starbucks worker spit on my face, call me the worst racial slurs known to humanity, and throw my belongings in the garbage, and that still would've probably been a faster and more pleasant experience than trying to get anything done here. I cant tell if this is just a company with a very toxic corporate culture, or if the sales rep we got is barely functional enough to get out of bed every morning, or if this is them intentionally putting our emails in the trash to avoid a possibly uncomfortable conversation with a manager and/or a hit on monthly performance metrics so they can get a fatter bonus, and at this point I honestly don't know which one I'd prefer.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Nicole when purchasing the HM Embody chair and would 100% recommend, excellent customer service. Note that it does take about a month to receive the chair after purchase date but they are fairly transparent about the expected dates.
