09-24-2023 22:19Praising Paul of First Choice Furniture Got a full-leather high-back office chair – for well over 20 years. Love it immensely. A few months ago, the chair’s gas lift system finally gave way. A full-leather chair replacement even via internet shopping would cost hundreds of AUDs albeit the sentimental value is irreplaceable. Found online a couple of office chair repair companies in Wollongong. Rang them both but only Paul of First Choice bothered to return the call. Arranged an appointment and it took Paul only 15 minutes and the problem was completely solved. The cost was incredibly reasonable. Another 20 years of faultless service is no doubt assured! Paul impressed me greatly with his expertise and professionalism which are so lacking in the prevailing trades environment. Keep up the good work, Paul! LY Chaye
